1. How long are shipping times?

Because many of our products are hand made, they will ship within two to five days of your order, and then take from 15 to 30 days to reach your doorstep. For any variations to this time frame, check the individual product page for an estimated delivery time.  **During this time of Covid19, almost everyone is effected in some way.  Unfortunately, shipping times are one of those things that has been effected and as such, we are seeing varying delays in our normal shipping times resulting in double the normal times.   Please be a little more patient during these times.  We are just as frustrated as you are, but you will get your product.**

  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic to show what happened, and we’ll give you your money back in full if it is within 30 days of receipt (see Refund Policy). Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 

      3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation so if that happens then we will communicate with you on a case by case basis.  Because our products are so awesome this isn't an issue but we will work with you to make you happy.  Just reach out to

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund once you have sent us the tracking number for your return.  You can send the incorrect item to: 825 Courtyards Loop, Lincoln, Ca, 95648.  We will refund the cost of shipping as well, if the mistake was on our end.  Just be sure to show us the receipt.   1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one. Refer to number 4 above if it's the wrong item.
